1. View and/or print the checklist below
2. Gather up all required documents and ID
3. Notify us that you would like us to file your 2024 taxes
   • Either by phone or email
   • We want to ensure we know why files are coming in, and who they belong to if it isn't clear
4. Send pictures/scanned files in to At Your Service
   1. This can be done by WhatsApp or email
5. We will be in touch to discuss your 2024 tax application
   1. Someone will either call, or text/email to arrange a call
   2. We will want to discuss any issues
   3. Could be missing documents/ID, or to discuss eligible benefits
6. We will process your tax assessment after we have verified with you

Filing dates for 2024 taxes:

• April 30, 2025:
  • Deadline to file your taxes
• June 15, 2025:
  • Deadline to file your taxes if you / your spouse / common-law partner are self-employed

Payment date for 2024 taxes:

• April 30, 2024:
  • Deadline to pay your taxes
• April 30, 2025
  • Deadline to pay your taxes for self employed

Know how to recognize a scam:
The CRA will never

• ask for information about your passport, health card, or driver's license
• demand immediate payment by Interac e-transfer, bitcoin, prepaid credit cards or gift cards
• use aggressive language or threaten you with arrest or sending the police
• give or ask for personal or financial information by email and ask you to click on a link
• send you an email with a link to deposit your refund
• set up a meeting with you in a public place to take a payment
• use text messaging or instant messaging such as Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp to communicate with taxpayers under any circumstance
